15 Hersheypark Souvenirs $15 and Under
I remember walking around Hersheypark with my Girl Scout troop or my friends on the 8th grade field trip. It was so much fun to ride the rollercoasters, eat amusement park food (the food is SO MUCH BETTER now!) and play the games for a few dollars. I remember my friend Kelly and I singing at Studio H, the karaoke recording studio. I can’t remember what sone we sang but I do remember begging the attendant not to broadcast our singing for the passing Hersheypark guests to hear. But while we were asking this we were also secretly wishing that he WOULD broadcast it and a big hot-shot Recording Producer would be walking by at THAT EXACT moment and book us on the spot.
Spoiler Alert: The producer never walked by and we didn’t get a contract.
But it was a fun memory and I think if Kelly dug deep enough in the depths of her closet she could find that tape. Yes, I said tape. As in, cassette tape. Back in ‘the day’ Studio H did not have CD’s or video recording capabilities. I told you, I have been going to Hersheypark FOREVER.
I tell you this story because Hersheypark is all about making memories and sometimes we want to take a token of our day with us. I also know that when the Girl Scouts, the Band or the 8th graders go to Hersheypark they don’t always have a full checking account going with them. I know that when I went to Hersheypark my parents gave me $20 for the ENTIRE DAY. So I had to plan my meals and my souvenirs accordingly.
So adjusting for inflation, I am sharing with you 15 Hersheypark souvenirs for $15 and under…..and where to find them!
Hallow Plinko (found in The Hollow)
I think this is the BEST use of $5. Play a game and you are guaranteed to win! Just like the classic Price Is Right have you have up to 3 plinko chips to get the prize you want. The day I was there you had options to win mini plushes, ear buds, $2 game coupon, a Hershey pennant or something from the prize bin. I thought the mini pluses were a GREAT prize!
The Following items can be found as you are EXITING the Park. You are welcome.
