Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip With Toffee Chips

This is a variation on Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip that my family has made for years. It is one of my favorites to pass around the table at ‘second seating’ at Thanksgiving. I love to serve it with graham sticks, bears, ‘Nilla wafers or if I am feeling a bit healthy, I will serve it with strawberries or apple slices. Or just pass out a bunch of spoons and have people help themselves to a big, heaping spoon of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip. This version just happens to have toffee chips in the recipe.
- 1 (8 oz.) Brick of Cream Cheese – softened
- 1 stick of Butter – softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Toffee Chips
Cream the butter and cream cheese until there are no longer lumps.
Add the brown sugar and powdered sugar.
Stir to combine.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and toffee chips.
Can’t find toffee chips in your grocery store? Not a problem. Just put a toffee bar in a zip top bag and beat it with a rolling pin until you get the size pieces you are looking for.
Serve with ‘Nilla wafers, graham sticks or strawberries.
