The Christopher Robin red carpet was as sweet as the Disney’s Christopher Robin movie! Christopher Robin in in theaters August 3 but before the opening day I was able to attend the Christopher Robin red carpet. I am here to share my Christopher Robin red carpet experience with you.
Where was the Christopher Robin Red Carpet?
The Christopher Robin red carpet was held ON the Walt Disney Studios lot in Burbank, California. Disney literally rolled out the red carpet down the streets of the lot. The Walt Disney Studios lot is closed to the public for tours so this was extra special because there is limited access to where the literal magic happens.
What was there to do at the Christopher Robin Red Carpet?
There is more than just walking a carpet. Behind the scenes there are lots of precious area to snap some sweet photos. There were the beach chairs from the promotional images, they had honey sticks from the Honey Board, Mickey Minnie Mouse were there for photo ops, a picnic table with props from the film and so much more!
PS… I wanted to take one of these honey pots home! BUT I believe they were just for show. Sigh. They were so cute!!
What do you wear to a red carpet?
The Christopher Robin red carpet was in the summer and very family friendly. It had a summer theme and was full of whimsey. I kept it super casual, yet classy with a nod to vintage with an A-line apron dress by Arthur & Daughters. The dress is made from 2.5 MM neoprene and IT HAS POCKETS!! I paired it with a Half Tee in 3/4 length sleeves. If you look real close you can see I have a Disney pin of Winnie on my left shoulder. I am a big into Disney pin trading. I wore a pin on my Cars 3 red carpet dress too!
Disneybounding at the Christopher Robin Red Carpet
I teamed up with 4 of my other blogging buddies and we disneybound as the cast of Christopher Robin. Disneybounding is when you dress with a nod to a certain Disney character or theme.

What was there to eat at the Christopher Robin Red Carpet?
While we were waiting for the film to start we were treated to some Christopher Robin inspired food. Little baskets of fish and chips, mac and cheese, salad, fruit tarts, fruit cups, honey cakes, and Mickey ice cream bars kept us going until we went into the film.
I don’t think they had seen my recipe for Winnie The Pooh chocolate bark or it would have been sure to make the menu.
What celebrities were on the Christopher Robin Red Carpet?
I am not a huge celebrity spotter but when Christopher Robin himself, Ewan McGregor is snapping photos with young fans it is hard not to pull out the iPhone and snap my own image.
Hayley Atwell seated at the picnic table.
The Pooh Bear From The Movie
Funny story about this Pooh. The picnic table was set up and I popped over to take a photo. There was a girl with a Pooh Bear standing on the edge of the grass. I will ask anyone just about anything so I asked if I could hold her Pooh Bear for the photo. turns out IT WAS THE POOH BEAR FROM THE FILM!!!!!
The bear holder was the daughter of Producer, Brigham Taylor. I asked to take a photo with her. She said yes!
