A delicious mix of flaky white fish and creamy spinach filling, baked to perfection. This easy recipe is full of flavor and very versatile.
The combination of three different kinds of cheese with spinach makes the perfect creamy stuffing for these flaky fish fillets. Mild and a little salty, it turns smooth and gooey as it bakes.

Flounder Meunière is a classic French fresh flounder recipe made with delicate fish, lots of browned butter, fresh lemon and parsley. It's very simple to prepare - don't let the fancy name fool you! This is one of my favorite fish recipes to serve in the summer alongside a fresh green salad.
14. EASY BAKE FLOUNDER FILLETS
Oven Baked Flounder Fillets with fresh lemon juice, lemon pepper, a little garlic powder, dill weed, with a little butter and olive oil. These flounder fillets along with stick rice and steamed asparagus make a great weeknight dinner option. I highly recommend using a piece of parchment paper for baking the flounder fillets.
These are very delicate flounder filets. The parchment helps prevent sticking and makes for an easy transfer to a serving dish.
15. AIR FRYER FLOUNDER WITH CAPERS
Flounder cooked in the air fryer with no breading is quick and easy to prep, and is ready to serve in under 10 minutes. Tender, buttery flounder fillets are delicate yet slightly fatty (they’re rich in lean protein and healthy omega-3 fats), and are wonderful to cook in the air fryer!
16. Blackened Flounder with Pineapple Salsa
The flounder is seasoned generously with a blend of spices and herbs, cooked quickly either in a pan or on the grill, and served with a juicy pineapple salsa, cauliflower rice, and a cooling chili-lime drizzle.
Once you’ve got your seasoning blend ready, gently pat each flounder fillet with paper towels. I like to cut the fillets in half, but that’s completely optional!
