Frankenstein Pudding Cups
If you are looking for a fun, peanut free, Halloween treat to take to the kids school party look no further!
Frankenstein cups are super cute and just as easy to make!
Make instant vanilla pudding according to the package directions BUT add a few drops of blue food coloring to it.
Why blue? you ask….
Because vanilla pudding is normally yellow in color and blue and yellow makes green!
BUT green food coloring works well too.
Use clear plastic punch cups (or something similar) and fill the cups 1/2 to 2/3 full of green pudding.
Allow to set in the refrigerator
Crush 1 box of chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor. Don’t have a food processor? Put the in a zip top bag and beat them with a rolling pin, can or spoon.
Draw spooky faces on the cups with a permanent marker. I advise using a permanent marker because the in will not run if condensation forms on the outside of the cups. Plus water soluble markers may come off on hands if the hands are wet.
Add the crushed cookies on top of the pudding for the ‘hair’.
How cute is he!?
