This lilac martini cocktail recipe is a floral twist on the classic martini. By swapping out the alcohol you can easily make this a gin martini recipe or leave it as a vodka martini recipe. Please note this a martini recipe made without vermouth.

homemade Lilac Martini

This martini recipe features both lilac vodka and lilac syrup but you can adjust the recipe to your own liking. If you have both those recipes in your refrigerator, you are going to want to mix up a Lilac Bee’s Knees Cocktail recipe.

Lilac Martini Ingredients:

  • lilac vodka (or gin or combination)
  • lemon juice, fresh
  • Lilac syrup
  • Lilac blossom, garnish

Directions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled 3/4 full with ice, add the lilac infused gin, lilac syrup, fresh lemon juice.
  2. Shake well to chill the cocktail.
  3. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with lilac flowers.
