What ingredients are in an OREO truffle?

    • OREO Cookies, Classic. - DO NOT remove the cream filling. The WHOLE cookie is used.
    • Cream cheese - I use regular cream cheese that has been softened
    • Chocolate chips - Chocolate chips for melting for coating the truffles. Chocolate melts can be substituted. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate can all be used.

    Garnishes for OREO truffles

There are a variety of garnishes that can be used when making OREO truffles. Garnishes are a fun way to make OREO truffle balls a bit more elegant and festive. Here are a few suggestions:

    • OREO cookie pieces
    • Flake Salt
    • White chocolate curls
    • Piece of nut. - Pecan featured but walnuts or almonds would also be delicious.
    • Decorated chocolate disks
