This is the EASIEST shrimp meal I have created in a LONG time! Full of succulent shrimp for my husband and myself and cheesy tortellini for the kids. Shrimp tortellini bake is full of succulent shrimp, tender pasta  with a crispy, cheesy, crunchy crust!

What is in Shrimp and Tortellini Bake?

  • shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • cheese tortellini
  • pasta sauce
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • parmesan cheese

How to Make Shrimp and Tortellini Bake

  1. Start with 1 pound of shrimp. Spend the extra few cents and have the seafood counter devein and even peel them, if that is an option.
  2. Cook the shrimp on both side for 3-4 minutes pre side. You will know the shrimp are done with they turn pink, opaque and have the same shape as a ‘C’.
  3. Cook a 20 oz. package of cheese tortellini according to the package directions .
  4. Add a 24 oz. jar of your favorite tomato sauce.
  5. Stir to coat.
  6. Add the cooked shrimp on top of the sauce coated pasta.
  7. Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella.
  8. Add 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
  9. Broil until brown and bubbly.

Ingredients
