Preheat your grill and grill the turkey burgers for 4-5 minutes per side as per the package directions. The Shady Brook Farms turkey burgers are THICK so there is lots of room to get a good thermometer read on an internal temperature. You want the internal temperature to be 165 F. There is no such thing as 'rare' poultry. I am glad I did check these burgers with a thermometer because they LOOKED done but needed about 3 more minutes than the package directions indicated.
