Free Printable Pencil Valentine

Start by printing out the free printable I made for you.

I print it on white card stock but if white copy paper is all you have on hand, that is fine. I won’t be there when you print them and I am not judging you. This is YOUR Valentine to give.

Make sure you have your printer set to ‘color’ and the printer is set or ‘portrait’ or the up and down print setting.

How do you cut apart the Valentine?

Grab a pair of scissors and cut out around the red border. If you don’t follow the line exactly, not a problem. Say the kids helped and everyone will think it is cute if you have a jagged edge. Or use a paper cutter for an exact line.

Where do you find Valentine pencils?

I picked up this packet of Valentine themed pencils in the dollar bin. Who can say NO to 10 pencils for a dollar! Heck, for this price we can give a few pencils as a gift.

How do you secure the pencil to the printable?

I am pretty picky about how things look in a final presentation, even kids valentines!

Make sure there was contact with the tape and the pencil all around the pencil. Basically the tape was hugging the pencil when ever possible.

I experimented with glue dots and tape strips but I found just clear tape worked best.

There you go! You have just made a simple Valentine that is candy free, nut free, allergy friendly and it was SIMPLE!
