Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes
Air Fryer breakfast potatoes are an easy air fryer recipe that is ready in 15-20 minutes! These crispy breakfast potatoes combine simple ingredients and are a great side dish with their crispy exterior and tender, fluffy interior.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes russet
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika or chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees f.
  2. Peel the potatoes and chop into ¾-inch cubes.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes in olive oil.

  4. Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder to the potatoes and stir until the potatoes are coated in the seasoning.

  5. Pour the seasoned potatoes into the greased air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the potatoes at 400F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Test the potatoes with a fork to be sure they’re cooked through and for tender.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

switch out the russet potatoes for Yukon gold potatoes, new red potatoes or sweet potatoes. My recipe calls for olive oil but canola oil or vegetable oil can also be substituted.
Variations
Add another layer of flavor to your air fryer home fries by adding a few diced bell peppers, diced sweet onions, or even a handful of diced red onions. Just be sure to add another tablespoon of oil to the pepper/onion/potato mixture and a sprinkle more of the seasoning blend.
