Wash the chops and pat dry. Using a silicone brush, brush both sides of the chops with olive oil.
6 lamb chops, 3 tbsp olive oil
Mix salt and spices. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with spices. If desired, you can leave the chops, covered with cling film, for half an hour or an hour.
½ Teaspoon (½ Teaspoons) salt, ½ Teaspoon (½ Teaspoons) Garlic Powder, ½ Teaspoon (½ Teaspoons) ground coriander
Transfer the lamb chops to the air fryer basket. Roast in air at 375F for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, the chops are already well fried on the top, however, they are half raw.
Flip the chops to the other side and fry for another 10 minutes. If the chops are very thick, it may take longer.
Lamb chops can be checked for readiness by cutting the meat. You can also check readiness with an electronic thermometer - the temperature inside should be 140F for well done.
