Ingredients

  • 10 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 small Red Onion chopped
  • 2 green onions
  • ½ Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper seeded
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pulse the cranberries, onion, green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño in a food processor until you achieve the desired texture.

  2. Add the sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pulse until evenly combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness and spice.
