- Preheat the air fryer to 360F. Trim off the tough parts of the kale leaves. Cut large pieces of leaves into several pieces.3 Cups kale leaves
- Add olive oil, salt, herbs and pepper. Stir a few times.3 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon dried herbs, ⅓ teaspoon Black Pepper, ⅓ salt
- Transfer the kale leaves to the air fryer basket and fry for 4 minutes.
- I recommend opening the air fryer after 3 minutes to check how the process is going. If the leaves are not crispy yet, you can continue air frying for another minute.
