Ingredients

  • 3 Cups kale leaves
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs oregano, basil, thyme
  • teaspoon Black Pepper
  • salt

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360F. Trim off the tough parts of the kale leaves. Cut large pieces of leaves into several pieces.
    3 Cups kale leaves
  2. Add olive oil, salt, herbs and pepper. Stir a few times.
3 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon dried herbs, ⅓ teaspoon Black Pepper, ⅓ salt
  3. Transfer the kale leaves to the air fryer basket and fry for 4 minutes.
  4. I recommend opening the air fryer after 3 minutes to check how the process is going. If the leaves are not crispy yet, you can continue air frying for another minute.
