Ingredients
 

  • 2 Ounces (56 ⅔ g) White creme de cacao
  • 1 Ounce (28 ⅓ g) 360 Chocolate vodka
  • 1 Ounce (28 ⅓ g) Caramel Kiss vodka
  • 1 Ounce (28 ⅓ g) Heavy Cream
  • caramel sauce drizzle

Method
 

Garnish the rim of the glass
  1. Pour a circle of Chocolate Syrup or melted chocolate on a plate.
  2. Press the top edge of the martini glass into the chocolate.
  3. Pour spring-colored or Easter-themed sprinkles on a plate and press the chocolate-rimmed martini glass into the garnish.
Mix the Peeps Cocktail
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled half way with ice, add the 360 chocolate vodka, caramel kiss vodka, creme de cocoa and heavy cream.
  2. Close the shaker and vigorously shake the cocktail for at least 30 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  3. Add a caramel drizzle to the inside of the prepared martini glass and strain the chilled Easter Cocktail into the glass.
