Fresh Peach Nectar
So much better than store-bought juice and ready in less than 5 minutes you might have to make a double batch, it is that good.

Ingredients

  • 6 large (6 large) Peaches freestone peaches & washed
  • ¼ Teaspoon (¼ Teaspoon) Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup (59 ⅐ ml) honey syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches, removing any blemishes.
  2. Slice the peaches from stem to blossom end and remove the pit.
  3. Turn the juicer on low and press the peaches extracting the juice.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and the honey syrup (optional). .
  5. Allow the foam to rise to the top and remove if desired.
  6. Serve in your favorite glass or in cocktail of choice.

Notes

I use a Breville juicer when I am making juice. But not everyone has access to a juicer. But you can make this juice recipe in a blender!
  1. Prepare the peaches by washing, removing the blemishes and pits. Roughly chop them.
  2. Blend the peaches with the lemon juice in a blender on high speed for several minutes.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the excess skins and bits of peach, if desired.
