Fresh Peach Nectar

Ingredients

  • 6 large (6 large) Peaches (freestone peaches & washed)
  • ¼ Teaspoon (¼ Teaspoon) Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup (59 ⅐ ml) honey syrup

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peaches, removing any blemishes.
  • Slice the peaches from stem to blossom end and remove the pit.
  • Turn the juicer on low and press the peaches extracting the juice.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and the honey syrup (optional). .
  • Allow the foam to rise to the top and remove if desired.
  • Serve in your favorite glass or in cocktail of choice.

Notes

I use a Breville juicer when I am making juice. But not everyone has access to a juicer. But you can make this juice recipe in a blender!
  1. Prepare the peaches by washing, removing the blemishes and pits. Roughly chop them.
  2. Blend the peaches with the lemon juice in a blender on high speed for several minutes.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the excess skins and bits of peach, if desired.
