Homemade Lemonade Popsicles
This lemonade popsicle recipes make the most refreshing summer frozen treat that kids and adults love. 3 ingredients will make lemonade freeze pops that will bring all the kids to the yard.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups (709.76 g) Water
  • ¼ Cup (50 g) Sugar
  • ½ Cup (122 g) Lemon Juice fresh is best
  • Optional: lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, bring water to a simmer and whisk in sugar until completely dissolved.
    3 Cups (709.76 g) Water, ¼ Cup (50 g) Sugar
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Stir in fresh lemon juice until fully incorporated. (add lemon zest if using)
    ½ Cup (122 g) Lemon Juice, Optional: lemon zest
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the popsicle mold, place lid over the molds and insert the wooden sticks.
  5. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Notes

I recommend adding lemon zest to the lemonade mixture for additional lemon flavor or garnish the popsicles with the zest before serving.

Allow the popsicles to freeze for 30 minutes and then insert the wooden treat sticks in the stick hole.
What is a trick to get the popsicles to easily remove from the molds?
Either run the mold under warm water or soak the mold in a pan of warm water.
