½ Cup Lemon Juice, Optional: lemon zest
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the popsicle mold, place lid over the molds and insert the wooden sticks.
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Notes

I recommend adding lemon zest to the lemonade mixture for additional lemon flavor or garnish the popsicles with the zest before serving.
How can I keep the wooden stick standing straight up?
Allow the popsicles to freeze for 30 minutes and then insert the wooden treat sticks in the stick hole.
What is a trick to get the popsicles to easily remove from the molds?
Either run the mold under warm water or soak the mold in a pan of warm water.
