Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Dried Onion Flakes
  • Cup Beef Bouillon Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon celery seed
  • ¼ Teaspoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.

Notes

Use 2 tablespoons of this homemade onion soup mix to replace one standard Lipton packet (which typically weighs between 0.87 oz to 1 oz). This measurement works well in dips, roasts, soups, and seasoning blends.
