Notes

I am using the Hormel chili no beans but there is also chili with beans that would be a delicious option. Feel free to swap out the canned chili for vegetarian chili and plant-based chili. I also wouldn't be mad if you use your own homemade chili recipe.
The original recipe calls for shredded cheddar cheese but switch up the cheese by substituting in colby jack, pepper jack cheese, Mexican blend cheeses, shredded sharp cheddar cheese or even shredded mozzarella cheese. The choice is yours!
Offer garnishes and toppings. Let everyone jazz up their serving with chopped green onions, a splash of hot sauce, a dollop of sour cream, or a scoop of pico de gallo. There is so much flavor potential with this cheesy dip.
