This is a simple two ingredients hot honey recipe that comes together in less than 5 minutes and is perfect to drizzle over fried chicken, ham and biscuits or even add to your grilled pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup (236 ⅗ ml) Honey
  • ¼ Cup (59 ⅐ ml) hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Measure out the honey and hot sauce.
  2. Stir together until fully incorporated.
  3. Store in a closed container.

Notes

To reheat the honey in the cold winter months, place the bottle of hot honey in a small saucepan of water and warm the honey in the saucepan over medium heat until the honey becomes more fluid.
For best results store the infused honey in a squeeze bottle at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required.
