Leftover Turkey Poutine
One of the most delicious ways to use Thanksgiving leftovers to make this easy turkey poutine. Instead of a turkey sandwich serve the leftover turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce over crispy sweet potato fries and melty cheese curds to make turkey poutine. This recipe is so delicious, you might make Turkey poutine year round!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the sweet potato fries according the to package directions.
  2. While the sweet potato fries are cooking, warm the turkey and the gravy.
  3. Once the sweet potato fries are crips, place ½ of them in a large serving bowl.
  4. Sprinkle ½ the turkey, ½ the gravy and ½ the cheese curds over the hot fries.
  5. Add the other half of the hot sweet potato fries.
  6. Add the rest of the turkey, gravy, cheese curds and dot the top of the poutine with cranberry sauce.
  7. Serve!
