McCormick White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 packet McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Packet
  • 1 15 oz can Cannellini Beans

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat.
    2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil

  • Add chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes on one side without stirring. Flip and sear the other side for another 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  • Sprinkle the seasoning packet over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.

  • Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
