Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • ¾ Cup Frank's RedHot sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish
  • Blue cheese dressing or ranch for dipping (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Oven and Pan

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with oil to prevent sticking.

Cut and Coat the Cauliflower

  1. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of the olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower and toss until fully coated.

Arrange and Bake

  1. Spread the coated florets evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden-brown and crispy on the edges.

Serve It Up

  1. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
