Ingredients

  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing off the top of the bulb of garlic. The idea is to expose all the cloves of garlic inside.
  2. Place the garlic on the foil and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Wrap the foil around the garlic making a little tent.
  4. Place in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
