Pina Colada Mocktail

A frosty pineapple mocktail garnished with cherries and a pineapple slice, served on a marble surface surrounded by ice cubes, pineapple chunks, and lime wedges.

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ Cup coconut cream
  • ½ Limes (juiced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • crushed ice
  • 3 Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Put the pineapple chunks, coconut cream, lime juice, and honey into a blender.

  • Add some ice cubes to the blender. Blend everything together until the ice is all crushed up into tiny pieces.

  • Taste the pina colada drink. If it's not sweet enough, add a little more honey. If it's not tart/sour enough, add a bit more lime juice.
  • Carefully pour the blended pina colada into glasses. Decorate each glass with a pineapple slice and some glazed cherries on top.

  • Make sure to serve the pina colada mocktails cold. Drink and enjoy this delicious tropical treat!
