Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and stir to completely coat the crackers.

Arrange the crackers on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the baking.
Cool completely before storing in an air tight container.

A note about the crackers and the oil. My original recipe called for a 16-ounce box/bag of oyster crackers and ¾ cup of oil. I am no longer able to find the 16-ounce package in my area. I have adjusted the recipe to accommodate the smaller size. (14 ounces crackers & ⅔ cup oil)Take note of the size of the oyster cracker package and adjust your recipe accordingly.
