Ingredients
 

  • ¾ Cup Strawberries diced, plus extra for garnish
  • 5-10 Mint leaves
  • ½ Lemon sliced
  • 1 can sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choice
  • Ice optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare strawberries and lemon by slicing them, add mint leaves. Crush them directly in a jug. Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon.
    ¾ Cup Strawberries, 5-10 Mint leaves, ½ Lemon
  2. Pour beverage of your choice and stir everything together.
    1 can sparkling water
  3. Add ice and garnish with whole strawberries and slice of lemon. (optional)
