Snowman Oreo Truffles (3 Ingredient Oreo Balls)
Makes 24 balls
Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo Cookies (about 45 cookies)
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 10 Ounces Ghirardelli melting wafers (white, divided)
- 12 each Mini Oreos (pulled apart)
- 24 each Rolo candy (dark chocolate)
- Holly sprinkle mix (garnish)
- Snowman sprinkle mix (garnish)
Instructions
- Grind Oreo cookies into crumbs using a food processor.1 package Oreo Cookies
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl.8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- Combine cream cheese with Oreo crumbs, then form even-sized balls.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Create snowman hats by melting white chocolate wafers.10 Ounces Ghirardelli melting wafers
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
- Add the snowman hats on top.12 each Mini Oreos, 24 each Rolo candy, Holly sprinkle mix, Snowman sprinkle mix
- Allow to set for about 15 minutes before serving.
