Steak Bites Air Fryer with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces sirloin steak
  • 2 Teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Brown Sugar

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and brown sugar to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
    16 Ounces sirloin steak, 2 Teaspoons olive oil, ¼ Teaspoon salt, ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper, ¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder, ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Arrange the marinated steak pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
  • While the steak continues to cook, melt the butter in the microwave and stir in the minced garlic and chopped parsley to make the garlic butter sauce.
    2 cloves Garlic, 3 tbsp Butter, 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • Transfer the cooked steak bites to a serving plate, pour the garlic butter sauce over the top, allow to rest for a couple minutes, and serve hot.
