Steak Bites Air Fryer with Garlic Butter

These steak bites air fryer style cook in minutes and are finished with rich garlic butter. With simple spices and sirloin steak, this is an easy, beginner-friendly way to make juicy steak at home.

Ingredients 

  • 16 Ounces sirloin steak
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Brown Sugar
For the Garlic Butter:
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped

Method 

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and brown sugar to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
    16 Ounces sirloin steak, 2 tsp olive oil, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp Black Pepper, ¼ tsp Onion Powder, ¼ tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Brown Sugar
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  3. Arrange the marinated steak pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
  4. While the steak continues to cook, melt the butter in the microwave and stir in the minced garlic and chopped parsley to make the garlic butter sauce.
    2 cloves Garlic, 3 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp parsley
  5. Transfer the cooked steak bites to a serving plate, pour the garlic butter sauce over the top, allow to rest for a couple minutes, and serve hot.
