Hasselback Chicken Recipe (TikTock)
Boneless chicken breasts are sliced and stuffed with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Buffalo sauce and topped with melted cheese and crisp crumbled bacon it is easy to see why this Buffalo chicken recipe is an easy and delicious hit!

Ingredients

  • 4 (4) Chicken Breasts approximately 3-4oz each
  • 4 Ounces (113 ⅖ g) Cream Cheese
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Packet
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ Cup (120 g) Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ Cup (56 g) Shredded Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoon (4 Tablespoon) Bacon crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (204 °C)
  2. Cut several slits, ½" apart, along the top of each chicken breast and about halfway through the chicken, being careful not to cut all of the way through.

  3. Fill each slit with cream cheese, approximately ½ Tablespoon each.

  4. Season chicken with salt, pepper and ranch seasoning.

  5. Place the chicken in a 9" x 13" casserole dish and pour the buffalo-style hot sauce over top.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
  7. Remove chicken from oven and top with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
    ½ Cup (56 g) Shredded Cheese, 4 Tablespoon Bacon
  8. Place chicken back in the oven until cheese melts, approximately 5 minutes.

Notes

When slicing the chicken breasts in the Hasselback style, be sure to not slice all the way through. To help prevent the knife from going all the way through, place a bamboo chopstick on either side of the raw chicken breast and slice until the knife hits the chopsticks.
