How to make lamb chops in the air fryer

  1. Wash the chops and pat dry with a paper towel. Using a silicone brush, brush both sides of the chops with olive oil.
  2. Mix salt and spices. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with spices. If desired, you can leave the chops in a large bowl with one of the easy marinade options found in the recipe card, covered with plastic wrap, for half an hour or up to an hour.
  3. Transfer the marinated lamb chops to the air fryer basket, arranging in a single layer. Roast in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, the chops are already well fried on the top, however, they are half raw, depending on the thickness of the chop.
  5. Flip the chops to the other side and fry for another 10 minutes. If the chops are very thick, it may take longer.
  6. Be sure to check the doneness of our tasty chops with a meat thermometer - the internal temperature should be 140F for well done.
