🔪 How to make lamb chops in the air fryer
- Wash the chops and pat dry with a paper towel. Using a silicone brush, brush both sides of the chops with olive oil.
- Mix salt and spices. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with spices. If desired, you can leave the chops in a large bowl with one of the easy marinade options found in the recipe card, covered with plastic wrap, for half an hour or up to an hour.
- Transfer the marinated lamb chops to the air fryer basket, arranging in a single layer. Roast in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, the chops are already well fried on the top, however, they are half raw, depending on the thickness of the chop.
- Flip the chops to the other side and fry for another 10 minutes. If the chops are very thick, it may take longer.
- Be sure to check the doneness of our tasty chops with a meat thermometer - the internal temperature should be 140F for well done.
