    • 6 lamb chops
    • 3 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon ground coriander

    🔄 Variations

To add more flavor to this basic air fryer lamb chop recipe, I have included a few marinade options if you wanted to switch up the flavor of these lamb chops.

    Herb Marinade

    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
    • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
    • ½ teaspoon coarse salt
    • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper

    Rosemary Marinade

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • ½ lemon, juiced
    • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (1 T dried)
    • 2 sprigs fresh tarragon (1 T dried)
    • 1 clove garlic, pressed
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

    Mint and Garlic Marinade

    • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice (plus the zest from the lemon)
    • 2 Tablespoons fresh oregano (1 teaspoon dried)
    • 1 Tablespoon fresh mint (1 teaspoon dried)
    • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, minced
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Combine the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Add the raw lamb chops to a ziploc bag and add the marinade. Close the bag, removing as much air as possible. Marinate for at least an hour.

🔪 How to make lamb chops in the air fryer

    1. Wash the chops and pat dry with a paper towel. Using a silicone brush, brush both sides of the chops with olive oil.
    2. Mix salt and spices. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with spices. If desired, you can leave the chops in a large bowl with one of the easy marinade options found in the recipe card, covered with plastic wrap, for half an hour or up to an hour.
    3. Transfer the marinated lamb chops to the air fryer basket, arranging in a single layer. Roast in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
    4. After 15 minutes, the chops are already well fried on the top, however, they are half raw, depending on the thickness of the chop.
    5. Flip the chops to the other side and fry for another 10 minutes. If the chops are very thick, it may take longer.
    6. Be sure to check the doneness of our tasty chops with a meat thermometer - the internal temperature should be 140F for well done.
