There are several electric smokers out there, but Tragers have many special features that make it extra special. That’s why I use it to make this salt and Dr, Pepper brined salmon. The bit of salt draws moisture out will the sugar gives it a sweet flavor.
Pack it up! In aluminum foil that is- this orange BBQ salmon is so amazing and easy to cook. This recipe is just great for the grill or Traeger smoker. Serve up with your favorite sauce and you’re ready to go!
