Tender Steak Tip

Cutting steak too thick or not slicing against the grain can cause this. Freeze the steak for 20 minutes before slicing for thinner, more tender strips.
Make Ahead Prep Tip
This recipe is perfect for meal prep! I will cook the noodles, beef, and veggies ahead of time, then store them in separate containers in the fridge. Keep the sauce in its own sealed jar. When you're ready to eat, just heat everything together in a skillet with the sauce!

Storage Tips
Got leftovers? Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of water or soy sauce to keep the noodles from drying out. For longer storage, freeze the beef and veggies separately, then add fresh noodles when reheating.
