How to get the Hershey's Kiss to balance on the rim:

This is not a trick, this is not an illusion, no photoshop was used in getting the Hershey's Kiss to balance on the rim of the glass. Here is not to get it to stick.

- Use a wide-bladed knife, such as a chef knife, and warm it for 20 seconds over a flame such as a kitchen blow torch, a lighter or even the eye of an electric stove.
- Warm the bottom of the Hershey's Kiss on the warm blade until it starts to melt slightly.
- Immediately place it on the rim of the martini glass and hold it there until the chocolate hardens.
- If it doesn't adhere to the edge, repeat steps 2 and 3.

Cocktail recipe tips and alternatives:
- Pressed for time? Place the Hershey's Kiss at the bottom of the glass instead of adhering it to the edge of the glass.
- Use your favorite flavored Hershey Kiss to garnish the cocktail
- If vanilla vodka is not on your bar cart, use equal parts of my homemade vanilla extract. I use vodka as the base!
- Use dark creme de cacao for a chocolate-colored cocktail instead of a clear cocktail.
- Use extra chocolate syrup to make a chocolate swirl in the bottom of the cocktail glass.
