Frequently asked questions, answers and tips:

What pasta works best?

Gemelli, fusilli, or rotini are great options because they hold the dressing well.

Can I make this ahead of time?

Yes! This salad tastes even better after chilling for a few hours.

Can I use a different cheese?

Absolutely! Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or even feta would work well.

How do I prevent the pasta from sticking?

Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water and toss it with a little olive oil before adding the dressing.
