🥔 Ingredient notes:
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (or chili powder)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
🔄 Substitutions
Switch out the russet potatoes for Yukon gold potatoes, new red potatoes or sweet potatoes. My recipe calls for olive oil but canola oil or vegetable oil can also be substituted.
↔️ Variations
Add another layer of flavor to your air fryer home fries by adding a few diced bell peppers, diced sweet onions, or even a handful of diced red onions. Just be sure to add another tablespoon of oil to the pepper/onion/potato mixture and a sprinkle more of the seasoning blend.
