This uncooked soup is usually made from a pureed mixture of fresh tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, onions, celery, cucumber, bread crumbs, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and sometimes lemon juice. Love, love, love this recipe! Summer is so hot here in Florida that a cold soup sounds like the most refreshing thing in the world. I like the fact that everything is kept raw and pureed.
