Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita Ingredients:
- fresh lime juice
- rhubarb syrup
- tequila
- Strawberry
- orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
- salt, rhubarb stalks, strawberry and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker crush a strawberry.
- Add the lime juice, rhubarb syrup, tequila and grand marnier.
- Fill the shaker half way with ice.
- Close the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain over ice in a rocks glass with a salt rim.
- Garnish with a lime, strawberry and rhubarb curl.
Pitcher Ingredients
- lime juice
- rhubarb syrup
- tequila
- Grand Marnier
- strawberries, crushed
Pitcher Instructions
- Crush the strawberries in the bottom of the pitcher.
- Add the rest of the margarita ingredients.
- Stir and add ice to the pitcher
Pour into prepared glasses, garnish with lime wedges and rhubarb ribbons; serve.
