If it is not the green bean fries I am seeking out fried pickles at restaurants. Each restaurant has its own take on the recipe and this is mine!

I love making restaurant deliciousness at home, don't you!?

Here is your Copycat Restaurant Fried Pickles Recipe ingredients:

    Sauce:

    • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
    • 1 Tablespoon Horseradish Sauce
    • ¼ Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

    Pickles:

    • 1 16 oz. jar Dill Pickles (drained and patted as dry as possible) *the more moisture you can remove the more crisp your fried pickles will be.
    • ¼ cup Flour
    • 1 Teaspoon Cajan Season
    • ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

    Make the sauce:

Combine all the ingredients and whisk until combined. This sauce is DELICIOUS with french fries too!

    Make The Pickles:

Drain the pickles and remove as moisture as possible with paper towels. The more moisture you are able to remove, the more crips the fried pickles will become. I know it is impossible to remove all the moisture because the pickles have been sitting in brine for their entire existence.... but do your best.

Combine the flour with the seasonings.

Dredge the pickles in the flour mixture and press into the pickles, if needed.

Immediately fry them in hot oil until golden brown. This will take about a minute.

Serve hot with your dipping sauce!
