- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a gallon-sized ziptop bag. Shake to incorporate and set aside.
- Measure Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl melt the white chocolate chips for 25 seconds in the microwave. Stir and reheat as needed.
- Pour the melted white chocolate chips over the Chex cereal.
- Carefully stir to coat the cereal, trying not to crush the cereal.
- Scoop the Chex cereal into the bag with the cinnamon sugar mixture, then close and shake to coat the cereal completely.
