What is a Snow Day Margarita?

A snow day margarita is something I dreamed up when I was stuck inside during a winter blizzard. I don’t have a frozen drink machine so frozen drinks are not something I make at home but when I saw the layers of freshly fallen snow, I knew I had to make a frozen margarita.

How do you collect snow for Snow Day Margaritas?

If you have multiple inches of snow go ahead and scoop up the snow with a large spoon being careful not to pick up any grass or dirt. If you know a blizzard or heavy snow is on it way, leave out a few large bowls or making dishes to collect the fresh snow.
